Our Fishpond is a space for being. Sometimes, our days can be full of chaos. This space is a place where you can come for a little break or just to hang out.
Our Exploration Time Book List is a list of books on a wide range of topics that invoke few to no caveats. No “this book is relevant but… (insert normative culture perspective or pathologizing here)”. We gathered a range of books that hopefully create more space to access the content within.

The Next Step Portal is a paid resource. For a monthly subscription of $9.99, you gain access to a full and growing collection of activities, skills, exercises, crafts, puzzles, and games all aimed towards moving forward in healing. I share and practice many of these skills and activities, and this collection gathers them all in one spot so you have a place to go to practice and learn new tools as you move through your journey.
I have a hidden, password protected page on my website that has some Biolateral tracks available (ask for the password if you would like it). You can either play tracks through the website or you can download it, or you can find tracks on many music subscription platforms.
